This lanai started as an older, worn-out enclosure and ended as a beautiful, shaded, bug-resistant oasis complete with 20/20 No-See-Um screen, Super Gutters, new downspouts, fresh paint, screw replacement, kick plates, and refreshed doors.

It was a true journey start to finish to get our lanai where we wanted it to be, and I honestly do not think we'd have gotten there without the patience, persistence, and professionalism of Bug Out Screens. Wes, Dawn, Dallas and Nate took our old, worn out lanai and not only refreshed the paint, and screws, and screening, and gutters--they TRANSFORMED our back porch world into a shaded, bug-resistant, sharp looking oasis, with super gutters and downspouts to match. The way the water moves off of our roof and away from the house is unbelievable! The 20/20 mesh screening is really rugged, yet practically transparent, and we were so impressed with the "Cat's Meow" package that literally included replacing EVERY screw and hold-down bolt on the structure, plus we got new kick plate materials, and even our old screen doors were made to work and look like new again. Now, we were challenging customers because we didn't have the presence of mind to ask for everything that we got all at once--we piecemealed the project(s) along, but Bug Out was kind and supportive, guiding us along until we got what they knew we needed but didn't want to seem like they were overselling to us. The entire interaction was not a sales show, but kind and talented people being willing to hang in there and facilitate our ending up with exactly what they knew we needed. We are forever grateful to this small, local, heart-felt business, and would HIGHLY recommend them without reservation to you.
