Portage STEAM Event

The Portage Elementary STEAM Event is back on October 11, 2024, and you won’t want to miss it!🦠🥼

This special one-night event, held every two years, invites all Portage Public Schools elementary students to the Air Zoo in Portage for an evening of discovery and excitement. With over 50 hands-on exhibits from local companies and educational institutions, elementary students will have the chance to explore, dream, and experiment alongside talented local scientists, mathematicians, artists, engineers, and technology experts.

Thanks to generous donations from our sponsors, including Air Zoo and the Portage Education Foundation, attendance is completely FREE for ALL PPS elementary students and their parent or guardian. Just remember, students must be accompanied by an adult, as this is an after-school event with no childcare provided.
