What would it look like if we loved ourselves so much that the opinions and rejections of others didn’t shake us.
If we kept going regardless of what others did or thought of us!
What would your life look like if you lived the life you wanted? If you took the risks, and let yourself dream without the thought of what would someone think?
How could we change the world if we just truly followed our hearts?!?

Our brain is like a garden and our thoughts are the seeds. We can either plant flowers or we can plant weeds! ☀️
What are you planting each day in your mind with your thoughts? Are the uplifting? Positive?
I chose this picture because most of us moms feel like we’re failing or fear we’re not doing a good enough job, or what if we mess up, or I’m a terrible mom because my baby won’t sleep through the night, they throw fits, maybe hit....
You have to understand YOU were picked to be their mama. Change your thoughts around yourself and shift your mindset and you’ll see you actually are the BEST mom for your kids!
They need you, but you need you too. So show up for yourself and spend just 10 minutes alone to center and ground yourself before you’re precious little ones are awake!! 🥰🥰

Not many people are brave enough to chase their dreams, their wild dreams that maybe they havent even told anyone because it seemed so silly or seems so far out that it wouldnt even be a possibility…. So instead of allowing yourself to dream big and set crazy goals- you just let them go or brush them off as if they dont matter.
Yall we only get ONE life- so stop living the one life you’ve been blessed with for others. Stop living in fear of being judged for going after whats on your heart. Youre the one that would have to live with the regrets of not pursuing your passion, not anyone else!
