I get asked about sleep hygiene A LOT. People are always surprised when I tell them if you want to sleep better, get the TV out of the bedroom. Here are 3 reasons we said “no thanks” to a TV in the bedroom:
1. Our brains need downtime, not drama, before bed.
2. Blue light? No thanks. We’re team melatonin.
3. Most importantly, it gives us the space to connect—no remote required.
Our bedroom is a screen-free sanctuary, and it's one of the most simple boundaries we've established for our health
