Class Description: (Satya) Introducing the Yamas - Yoga as an Ethical Practice
Satya (Truthfulness): Satya encourages truthfulness in speech, thought, and action. It involves being honest with oneself and others, and living in accordance with what is real and genuine. Satya, or truthfulness, is an exploration of how we align with our own inner truth in every moment—through breath, movement, and mental awareness.
