ATTN PDX: Please share this post. There is a bad batch of pressed OC 30’s going around town. It saddens me beyond words that one of the founding members of PNWHRP and one of the kindest people I’ve ever met has died due to these presses. They were incredibly well versed in harm reduction practices but these pills are truly deadly. Don’t use alone, carry narcan, test your s**t (if you can) and stay far away from these presses. We lost one of the brightest lights in harm reduction I’ve ever known this weekend, let’s honor their memory by being as safe as we can be and taking care of our community. The cops won’t do it, the hospitals will do it and all too often our non-using friends won’t do it. Check in on your friends. Don’t take them for granted. We are dying at an unprecented rate and community solidarity is the best way to keep ourselves and loved ones safe. RIP Red, I’ll never forget you, nor will the hundreds of people whose lives you changed.
