Looking for life experiences you will never forget? Join us for the 23rd Annual GingerRoot Wild Food Rendezvous, Silverton, OR. A 4-day wild food intensive, held in the foothills of the Cascades. We forage during the day and feast every night. Beginner or advance foragers are welcome. Families are welcome. Expect to work hard, learn a lot, meet like-minded people, have great fun, and feast each night on the edible wild plants that we gather together.
