My favorite day of the week! I get to run a nutrition group at and then walk across the street and run a nutrition group at !!
2 very special Drug and Alcohol Treatment Centers that value the importance of nutrition with addiction recovery! 🥹🥹
Even more, they value me, as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and owner of Food First NTP so spread my passion for nutrition at their facilities!
Coming in May I will start with as well! ❤️

Your body needs nutrients and you are just not going to get that s**t from processed foods! Meal prep can be simple! This week I did:
Quinoa (cooked in bone broth)
Lentils
Chickpeas
Apples
Feta cheese
Kale
Parsley
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
I add about 4oz of cooked chicken breast to about each 300-350g serving of this!
Also did beef spare ribs, sweet potatoes and broccoli for my other meal prep!
If you want to work on quieting food noise (balancing your blood sugar) and you are not already eating mostly a Whole Foods diet please start there!
Balanced meals = balanced blood sugar!
