Cooler weather means more soup for you! This week we have Ajiaco Bogotano. A traditional Colombian chicken and potato soup from Bogota. We are using three different types of potatoes, corn and guascas and serving it with a side of rice, avocado, capers and suero (Colombian style crème fraiche). Come get it while it lasts and get cozy with us!
