This little guy is the original Yoga Sprout kid ☺️ 9 years ago we started practicing yoga together and teaching kids how fun and important yoga can be... We learned how breath, stillness, play and strength can help us feel better every day and keep us Cool Calm and Connected in any situation 💖💖
So in this spirit I am super excited to announce that I am sharing my Yoga Sprout 🌱 yoga learning program with teachers and families!!
Trainings will begin soon for yoga teachers, aspiring teachers, parents and all those who love helping children learn💖
This practice is much more than yoga, it is a beautiful way to connect with children 🌱💖
