As some of you know, I’ve been dealing with hip issues since November and finally have a diagnosis. My MRI showed that both of my hamstrings have mild tears and that my right hip, gluteus medius has tendinosis. As a person that has had a movement practice since age 3 🫠 this is a humbling adjustment. I plan to listen to the professionals and work to rehabilitate my body correctly which means I cannot be demonstrating right now as I teach. Some classes are easier to teach than others for a variety of reasons.

For now I am just cutting 1 class, trying to do minimal damage to this yoga career I have built over the past 20 years. This Thursday will be my last Online Slow Flow class for the Multnomah Athletic Club. All other classes will continue.
