Did you know that 90% of people who set New Year's resolutions fail by the month of February? 🤯

1. You set unrealistic expectations: 🧨
Most of us want to lose as much weight as quickly as possible, but we chew off than we can swallow. Sure, you can lose 20 pounds in one month, but the lengths to get there will burn you out, create an unhealthy relationship with food, and your just going to gain the weight right back!

🤯JUST WOW!! Take a look at this body recomposition!!! 🔥

Can you believe the scale says she lost only 3 lbs? 🤣 This is a prime example why you shouldn't JUST rely on the scale to measure fat loss progress. She's lost inches off her entire body as you can see. 📏

⁉️What the heck does "Body Recomposition" even mean⁉️

"Body recomp" is a term used when you want to reshape your physique by losing body fat and gaining lean muscle simultaneously. 📉

"But that sounds contradictive when you eat less to lose body fat and eat more to gain muscle!" 🤔

Yes it is obtainable through proper nutrition and a strategic workout plan from a certified coach such as myself! 🏋🏻‍♀️

One extremely benefefical factor of recomping your body is that it redirects your focus from the number on the scale to how you look and feel in your own skin. This alone helps women overcome their unhealthy obsession with the scale. ⚖️

If you compare picture number 1 vs picture number 2, there's only a couple pound difference. However, after increasing my calories slightly and incorporating strength training consistently, my body began to reshape itself simply because I added more muscle. That's why the number on the scale is so irrelevant to fat loss. 💪
