The back extension is one of the best moves for building up back strength and increasing stability in the lower back.
I share how to set it up properly and a few key progressions for getting the most out of your back extension.
So many of my clients are fascinated by just how effective this exercise is.
The elephant walk is a foundational move we use in ATG for improving mobility in the hamstrings. And eventually in the lower back as you get better at this and you’re able to get lower.
This will help you move better when you bend over to pick something up. Also give you more access to your hamstring strength which is crucial for lower back stability.
