Dr. Diet isn’t about being perfect. It’s about creating a relationship with food that supports the life you want to live.
Food is information. Every meal is either helping you build energy, recover, think clearly, perform better, and heal… or it’s adding more stress to the system.
The problem is most people chase diets instead of learning how to eat.
Dr. Diet teaches us to slow down and ask:
🥩 Is this nourishing me?
💧 Am I hydrated?
🥦 Am I eating foods that give me energy or take it away?
⚡ How do I actually feel after I eat?
The goal isn’t obsession.
The goal is awareness.
When you start paying attention, your body becomes the teacher.
Eat whole foods.
Drink water.
Listen to your body.
Stay consistent.
The boring basics done consistently will always beat the perfect diet done for two weeks.
