We talk a lot about red flags but do we know how to deal with them? Here’s my suggestion:
🚩first, a red flag is something we don’t know works for us or not in a relationship. A deal breaker is something we know doesn’t work for us.
🚩if a red flag, we want to stop and investigate.
🚩bring it forward: the red flag to the other person and communicate why you’re unsure and ask questions/get info you need to understand more
🚩determine: is it a deal breaker or green flag? If it doesn’t work for you- deal breaker. If it does, green flag.
