Constructive, Inc. is the NW leading constructor of commercial buildings and apartments. Constructive is owned and operated by Caleb and Cindi Beaudin.
Our project for homeless veterans was featured on the local news. This apartment will bring 35 homeless vets off the street this winter, provide support services and help them transition to permanent housing. Great job Beaudin Construction team! We are grateful for our partners Home First Development and Do Good Multnomah. It is rewarding to be involved in meaningful work.

It's been a while since we've posted. Too much construction, not enough marketing! This is our 40 unit Alexis Apartments project completed this past spring.
