“Use “The NEW Hello” as your go-to pocket guide to rebuild or bolster your confidence to navigate unlock and master our New World of Work.” - Kieran Ronan, GM NIKE, Inc.
As the world closed down in the spring and the hush of the “Great Pause” settled over us, I faced my own crisis of confidence. For years, “write a book” was on my bucket list. ✔️It’s my pleasure to introduce “The NEW Hello”.
More than ever, we need connection, collaboration, and civility.
This book is packed with skills wrapped in stories, that are memorable, actionable and easily shared.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported this creation and The Confidence Project. You can buy “The NEW Hello” on - link in bio
Offering a heartfelt apology shows authentic leadership because it models what it means to be human...
As a leader, how often have you tried to give feedback and have been met with defensiveness or got tongue tied, not wanting to hurt someone's feelings.
Feedback needs a makeover and we can teach you the skills to help. Watch this.

Thank you to Mark Leblanc for hosting the 151st Achiever's Circle. It's a weekend retreat that he calls "the anti-bootcamp experience." Mark pivoted big-time, offering this business development retreat virtually. It's been great.
There are 10 of us from all over the country soaking up Mark's philosophy and his 9 best practices for true business growth. So far, my big take aways: there's never been a better time to start something new (program, product, presentation or service), track your numbers for faster success and the value of a short, strategic phone call. All this, while "keeping our fun meter on max!"

These days, people are saying they’re “Zoom weary." No offense to Zoom. It’s just that Zoom’s become the generic name for video calls like Kleenex to tissue and Saran Wrap to plastic wrap.
Whatever platform you use, being “always on” can be draining. And it turns out, there’s science behind it and some remedies, too.
