A lot of work has gone into this project. From estate auction- to prep -to getting listed!
When we started it was decades lived-in and packed.. had beds, recliners, and couches.. we narrowed it down to what was sellable and built out an auction.. after we liquidated the entire contents of the house (upstairs/basements/garage/shed) we removed old carpet/pad/tack strips and took out several plywood panels dividing the space and replace door jam in garage and remedied unsightly broken garden bed surround.. this video is the basement glow up ✨

There is always a cost and consideration- time, money, and energy.. How much does someone have and how much will they gain? What makes sense becomes evident and the end goal is usually the same- fastest, most money, least expense, and ease of process. We strive for it all, and have to also set expectations that align with reality. It’s always a let the big picture guide while taking each day in stride or something like that.
