Oh👏🏾 My👏🏾 Gawd👏🏾

and finally got my black ass to jump out of a plane!!!!!!! And would you believe it, I’d do it again. There’s something so Zen and oddly peaceful, free falling into the sky before your chute is released. A true act of surrender, while falling into the unknown. It occurred to me up there, that the way I felt jumping out of a plane feels eerily similar to embarking on a new and unknown experience. It’s scary, nerve racking and you have no clue how it’s all going to turnout. Yet, it was better than what I could’ve ever imagined. I can’t say that all experiences turn out the same, but I can say for certain that each one has been responsible for my spiritual, mental, and emotional development in some shape or form. I don’t recommend jumping out of a plane, but I do encourage anyone still reading this to rip the band aid off and jump head first into their life and experiences. Yes it’s scary, and yes it’s unfamiliar and unknown, but you’re worth it. You’re worth living a full and present life! Come on y’all, we got this!
