French Press Encaustic

Wow! It's hard to believe that the holidays are just around the corner, but I can certainly tell they're on their way because sales are up! I'm so thankful it's nice and toasty in 'the studio', and I'm have a wonderful time here in my element working on some new pieces which I hope get out there soon. I'll keep you posted.

this is from my new monochrome mini-series. i listed this one on etsy the other day, but the series will likely go into a local shop. there are two more pieces from the series in the final stages of creation that i'm planning to list within the week (if the weather holds).

Recently returned from a trip to San Miguel de Allende, a place rich in art and culture. I took lots of pictures that are sure to turn up in one way or another in my next series of photo encaustics. I'll keep you posted.
