Finland on my mind, and it will be for many months to come.

This is part of a large mural painting collection on grain silos in Hämeenlinna, Finland. The artist is the brilliant muralist Guido van Helten, who has painted buildings and large structures around the world. To me this captures Finland so well. I planned part of my trip to visit this mural, after I found it as I planned my first trip in 2023.

The First Amendment of the Bill of Rights, added to the U.S. Constitution in 1789, is an important one. Our Bill of Rights safeguard some of our most cherished freedoms, secured by law. Use it or lose it--something we now all know too too well, I believe.
