The second cake after our little comeback, and it had to be for my sister, the reason Little Mixx by Manika even started all those years ago. Of course I had to make it for her.

Her favourite flavours, layered with love:
chocolate ganache × salted caramel × Nutella (repeated because why not), and finished with a lot of buttercream- exactly how she likes it.

Colourful, bold, and full of personality, just like her.
Victorian-style inspiration, but kept fun and modern with buttercream roses.

Little Mixx is coming back slowly, softly, and with stories like these.
So grateful to be baking for the people who believed in it first 🤍

Chocolate Choux:
that's pretty much it, but that's the beauty of it.

Sometimes we don't need to be any more because we are just the right amount.

Exactly like that this light, airy Pâte à Choux with chocolate craqulin, filled with cocoa nibs and a light but rich, creamy chocolate creme parisienne and topped with chocolate spheres had all perfect bites which were just enough.

All elements balanced the other out super well and did leave you wanting more.
