Make, shake, settle, breathe - 5/20’s Krafty Kids are deeply appreciative of Anika Trancik of Atisha Kadampa Buddhist Center, who demonstrated how to regulate our emotions using the “calming jars” that we made. We are also grateful to the library’s Met High School intern, Lexi, who suggested the “calming jars” craft.
