Traverse Retreat Day 3: Boots, Blueprints & Big Swings!

Rain? No problem. Today, we started with Justin’s class on different interesting site visit’s tools and geared up and hit the Central Falls High School construction site first thing this morning — witnessing the future take shape, one beam at a time.

After the mud and steel, we swapped our gear for golf clubs at Top Golf! From serious swings to not-so-serious form, we wrapped the retreat with laughter, teamwork, and memories we won’t forget.

Grateful for the ideas, inspiration, and momentum we’re taking with us. The retreat may be over, but the drive continues!

Day 2 of the Traverse retreat and the momentum is strong!

We wrapped up yesterday’s big discussions with clear summaries and a roadmap—short-term goals defined and long-term vision in motion.

Also—belated but very important—a warm welcome to Justin from our Iowa office and Caleb, our new landscape designer!  Great to have you both on board in person!

Today we showed Caleb around some of Traverse’s finished projects, followed by lunch at Track 15, the newly opened food hall in Providence where we contributed to the landscape design. So cool to see it come to life! 🌱🍴
