Instructions:

Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Make a well with flour, add eggs, oil, and salt.

Ingredients:
1 cup cacao nibs
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Cocoa butter (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Lightly roast cacao nibs at 250°F for 10–15 minutes.
Blend the nibs in a food processor until they form a paste. This could take a while.
Add sugar, cocoa butter, and salt. Keep blending until smooth.
Pour into molds after tempering and let the chocolate set.

French Classic Cannelés with Vanilla Whip
Make ahead:
1 vanilla bean
500ml milk
25g butter
2 eggs
200g sugar
Pinch of salt
100g flour
1 tbsp rum
Warm milk with vanilla bean and infuse. Whisk eggs, sugar, salt, then add flour. Stir in melted butter, slowly mix in warm milk, and finish with rum. Chill overnight.
Bake day: Butter your molds, fill them, and bake 10 minutes at 200°C. Reduce temperature to 190°C and bake for 45 minutes.
Vanilla whipped cream:
100ml cream
50g mascarpone
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Whisk until soft peaks form.
Serve: Hollow the cannelé, pipe in the cream and top with a swirl.

Ingredients:
Vanilla pudding mix
Cold milk
Heavy cream

Instructions:
Whisk together pudding, milk, and cream.
Layer in a trifle dish with fruit and wafers.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup sugar
5 egg whites
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup strawberry purée
Frosting
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup sugar
½ cup strawberry purée
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks, fold into yolk mixture.
Add dry ingredients and purée.
Bake 35-40 minutes.
Cool, then frost with strawberry cream.
