Front walkway, steps, and porch revamp. The previous sidewalk had a dangerous slope and significant spalling, and there was no access from the walkway to the driveway. To improve both safety and functionality, we added a cheek wall/retaining wall with new steps for easier access. We also capped the existing porch and poured a retaining wall monolithically with the new porch cap for a clean, solid finish.

In a perfect world, we would have demoed everything and started from scratch, but we wanted to maximize the homeowner’s budget and deliver the best possible result within their price range. The project was completed on schedule, within budget, and most importantly gave the homeowner a much safer and more functional entryway. The homeowner was very happy with the final result.
