Building systems in your business can sometimes feel like an uphill battle, especially when you see so many other coaches out there killing (seemingly).

When I first started creating systems to help my business run smoothly, I thought I had to figure it all out on my own.

I’d spend hours trying to piece together a simple client onboarding process or a follow-up system—only to end up feeling more overwhelmed and exhausted.

It took time to realize that asking for help wasn’t a sign of weakness; it was actually a way to step up and honor my growth.

So I leaned into my own support, started messaging my coach for help, hired team members, and found a way to get my needs met.

There’s something so freeing about letting yourself lean into support.

It doesn’t mean you need to become a tech wizard.

Sometimes it’s just about having the right person in your corner to walk you through it and keep you focused on what matters most.

I honestly don't know where I would be without my mentor and my small but mighty team of people to help me bring the vision of my business to life.
