We call those thought addictions or patterns of thought.
So instead of trying to force yourself to stop a behavior or start a new one, start with what is fueling those actions... thoughts and beleifs.
Next time you want to reach for that chocolate cake or whatever you prefer, ask yourself what thought or belief triggered this behavior.
Feel inside your body the sensations occurring, the feelings coming up.
Then allow yourself to reach for a thought you prefer more. Allow yourself to realize the feeling you prefer to feel.
And when you allow yourself to choose what you prefer you will feel yourself naturally shift there.
This is growth friends. This is self exploration. This is self love. ❤️✨🔑
It’s not about what you do, but your level of connection with yourself that truly matters.
It is this connection with the greater part of you that powers everything in your reality.
So to avoid regret and FOMO, focus on that connection with you in each moment instead of outcomes and other things that distract you from that relationship. ❤️✨
