🔹 Focus on the Details 🔹

In this video, instructor Roldani Baldwin works with one of our guys on the importance of staying inside the ball—but not just staying inside, doing it with strength. ⚡ Many hitters tend to get around the ball, losing power and consistency in their swing. Here, we correct that and focus on the right movement to maximize solid contact. 💪⚾

Quick hands. Quiet body. 🔥⚾️

We work on proper hand technique by keeping the upper body still and letting the hands do the work. Staying tight to your body and using smooth, controlled movements helps create better barrel control, cleaner mechanics, and more consistency through the zone.

Small details create big results.

A lot of young pitchers throw with all deltoid and no connection. That’s where velocity leaks, inconsistency starts, and arm issues can happen.

Today we worked on proper arm positioning, rotation mechanics, and learning how to engage the pec during the throw to create a cleaner, more powerful movement pattern. Fastball first mentality. Then we carried that same intent into the changeup — throwing it through the top of the catcher’s mask without slowing the body down.

Same arm speed. Same aggression. Different result.
