When we started in a garage in Queens, we never could have imagined this, but here we are.
For Five () continues to grow, and we couldn’t be more proud of the entire team behind it. What began as a small idea has turned into something much bigger, and we are just getting started. Florida is next, so stay tuned.
We are also incredibly honored to celebrate a major milestone at Balos () with our Michelin Star. Founded by Greek best friends, Balos is a true reflection of heritage, hard work, and passion. This recognition means everything to us and is a reminder that dedication to craft really does pay off.
Bar Angie (.dc) has also been a huge success since opening in DC, and we are excited to keep that momentum going.
Angie’s Long Island () opens this Saturday, and we cannot wait to share this experience with our fellow New Yorkers.
This is only the beginning. There is so much more to come.
