Spring is on the way which means we're gearing up for installs! In preparation for the busy months ahead, our Warsaw office will be CLOSING AT 11:30 A.M. FRIDAY, MARCH 6 for our teams to meet and get a strong start to the season.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Monument Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for the delivery, setting, and finishing of memorials in cemeteries
throughout the region. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works safely and accurately, and understands the importance of respectful work in sensitive environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install memorials, veteran markers and accessories in cemeteries
• Assist with installation of civic and veteran memorials
• Load, unload, and transport memorials safely
• Perform minor on-site finishing, leveling, and alignment adjustments
• Read and follow contracts, work orders and layout instructions with precision
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles in safe working conditions
• Communicate professionally with cemetery staff and property managers
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized environment

This is a full-time position with four day work weeks from Memorial Day through the first part of November, and five day work weeks the rest of the season.

Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, kneeling, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely (with equipment assistance)
• Extremely Detail Oriented
• Willingness to learn monument setting techniques and company standards
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a small team

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive hourly wage — $18.00-$28.00/hour (based on experience)
