❗ A New Beasty Blend Appears! 🎃

Behold the Banshee: a harbinger of death in Irish folklore. They appear as a foreboding messenger with their mournful keening or shrieks. These spirits are often seen with a female shape, pale skin, flowing hair and fiery eyes. Also known as a Hag of the Mist. 🗡️💀

This blend presents a subtle (ethereal?) body with noticeable acidity. Loud but fleeting fruit notes, not lingering for very long on the tongue. Overall a bright and awakening coffee composed of beans from Colombia and India. ☕

❗ Another Creature Approaches!

Entering: Chupacabra. The goat-sucker. It is known to feed on livestock throughout Central and South America. Mostly described as being dog-like with spiked skin and a thirst for blood. 🩸

The coffee has a mild nature; nutty and sweet. Slightly bitter chocolate and very easy to drink. Light on acidity and not too heavy in body.

Chupacabra features coffee from Mexico, Guatemala and a bit of India to complete the blend. ⚔️

We've had our La Ciguapa blend for awhile, (it's the first blend we made!) But you haven't seen it like this! ✨

We're working with artists to breathe life into our beautiful coffees, like this one: Ciguapa, of Dominican folklore. A creature with backwards feet and a female shape to lure lost wanderers deep into the high mountain forests to feed. 

This coffee comprises mostly of Dominican Republic origin, with Uganda and India completing the blend. Expect brisk fruit acidity with a bold backbone. 🗡️
