“This Loan Program Has No Down Payment, 1% Interest Rate, Up To 38 Year Repayment And No Credit Score Requirements” Day 72 of 365

If you’re in a hurry and you want to know what the catch is, there’s two of them.

1. You have to meet certain income requirements. Applicants that qualify for payment assistance can qualify for a 1% rate up to 38 years. The max interest rate for this loan as of 3/1/24 is 4.5%

2. The other catch is that these loans are exclusively for RURAL areas as defined by the USDA.

Outside of the criteria listed above, this is an excellent program for those that don’t qualify for traditional bank financing.

You can buy, refinance or even build properties from the ground up inside of this program. Eligible applicants are also able to use this program to purchase and prepare land sites including providing water and sewage facilities.

The goal of the program is to improve homeownership for low income or very low income borrowers across rural America. It can’t be utilized for investment properties and must be owner occupied. As always, I’ll post the link in the comments. Lemme know what you think. Bye for now.
