They said training 2x a day and hardly taking rest days that I wouldn’t grow and overtrain.
Well that’s not true. The men who built this sport trained up to 4 hours a day.
I’m doing 2 workouts a day at 50-80 min sessions
Obviously it’s working
I feel fantastic and full of energy
Never tired, nervous system isn’t tired, hormones doing their work

Feeling better each day
Getting more mobility and bigger pumps as a result
Joints feel good and are getting better
Back pain is manageable and getting better
