The Costco reorder is a HUGE step forward in our goal of creating 1 million meaningful work hours for our team that includes people with intellectual and developmental disabilities!

But what does that actually look like??

When we have to roast and pack more coffee, that means we get to create more opportunities on our team to get it all done!

That means promoting team members, opening pathways for baristas to become roasters, and welcoming new people to the 321 Coffee team.

It all starts with investing in the people on our current team, which brings us to Sophie. 🎉

Many of you already know and love her, and we're so excited to share that she's been promoted to become our first-ever Lead Roaster & Production Team Member!

And this is just the beginning.

As we continue growing to meet demand, we'll continue creating new opportunities for people to build meaningful careers. If you missed it, check out our last post to learn more about joining our team as a barista.

So when will 321 Coffee actually be back in Costco??

The Costco reorder is rolling out across North Carolina over the whole month of July! 🚛 ➡

Here's the tentative schedule:

📍 Raleigh & Durham - Week 1 (~July 1)
📍 Apex & Garner - Week 2 (~July 8)
📍 Charlotte & Mooresville - Week 3 (~July 15)
📍 Matthews & Wilmington - Week 4 (~July 22)
📍 Winston-Salem & Greensboro - Week 5 (~July 29)

These are all estimates, but we'll make sure to keep you updated as coffee gets shipped out to each location!

Sources are reporting that after launching 20 pallets into Costco stores this spring, 321 Coffee has received a reorder, this time for 40 PALLETS.

The original Costco order was already the largest in company history. This latest development doubles that milestone just months later.
