💚 Stronger Families. Brighter Futures. 💚
For almost 89 years, Triangle Family Services has been building a stronger community by strengthening families — and our work is far from done.
At TFS, we believe that safe and stable families are the foundation of a thriving community. That's why everything we do is centered around four pillars:
🔵 Family Safety — disrupting the cycle of domestic violence
🟢 Mental Health — reducing the long-term effects of trauma
🟡 Housing Security — ending and preventing homelessness
🟠 Financial Stability — providing pathways out of poverty
When families are safe, supported, and stable — children grow, caregivers thrive, and communities transform.
Want to be part of the change? Whether you donate, volunteer, or simply share our mission — YOU help make brighter futures possible.

🌟 Big news from our Mental Health Program! 🌟
We're proud to share that two of our amazing therapists, Nekesha and Lisbeth, are pursuing certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) — a gold-standard, evidence-based treatment designed specifically for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma.
TF-CBT has been proven to reduce symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, and behavioral challenges — and it places families at the center of the healing process. 💙
This certification means our team is deepening their commitment to:
✅ Delivering trauma treatment with the highest clinical standards
✅ Actively involving caregivers in the treatment journey
✅ Using proven tools to track real progress
✅ Aligning with nationally recognized best practices
✅ Ensuring consistent, quality care for every child and family we serve
We believe every child deserves access to high-quality, trauma-informed care — and this is one more step toward making that a reality. 💪
So proud of Nekesha and Lisbeth for their dedication to the children and families in our community! 👏
