NDS administers the Lead Safe Ohio Grant
locally, helping residents reduce exposure to lead in residential properties built before 1978. Eligible abatement activities include window and door replacement, siding and porch enclosure, and additional mitigation measures needed to eliminate lead hazards.

$12.6M senior housing coming to Niles A new affordable housing community for seniors ages 55 and older is coming soon to Niles. It will one day be known as the Grace Village Apartments.
