This week, we had the chance to attend the KC Engaged Bridal Show and meet so many wonderful couples who are beginning their wedding planning journey. We also enjoyed connecting with fellow wedding professionals at a local networking event and building relationships within the KC wedding community.

We added four new rental items to our website! If you haven't browsed our inventory lately, now is a great time to take another look. You might find the perfect addition to your next event.

Pro Tip 💡

If you're planning an outdoor event, always have a rain plan.

We've delivered to many beautiful outdoor events where the weather had other plans. Unfortunately, guests don't want to dance in the rain.

If your budget allows, consider renting a tent. If it rains, you'll be glad you have it. And if it doesn't, your guests will still appreciate the shade from the sun. ☀️

A tent doesn't have to be purely functional, either. Dress up the tent poles with florals, add drapery, or incorporate lighting to create a beautiful, intentional space that complements your event.

We don't offer tent rentals, but we're always happy to recommend trusted local companies that do. 🤍

The best dance floor testers are kids, and the sweetest reception memories are often the unplanned ones.

Four years ago today, we met. 👩‍❤️‍👨

On June 18, 2022, neither of us knew where that first conversation would lead.

Fast forward four years, and we're married, running a business together, and building a life we love.

Planning our own wedding is actually what sparked the idea for Rustic Wedding & Event Rentals. What started as a shared vision for our special day turned into a business we're so proud to build together.
