Self love is very different from narcissism. Self love is seeing yourself as lovable, while honoring all your imagined flaws. Narcissism is seeing yourself as lovable above all else with no flaws. It may be a fine line for some. As you grow into who you are meant to be, you can have self love that is humble and nurturing. Yes, you must nurture yourself. Stop denying or avoiding the inner you. Helping others is a great service, but if it's at the expense of you, it's not service, it's distraction. Those other beings the "need" your help need you to be 100%. So get to work on your own self love so you may be ready to be of better service to those in need. We are all in this together!

What is on my mind? So much that there are many vibrations in the air now, I don't know which way to go/look. When this happens, I realize that I am not taking care of my internal temple. I realize, and don't like to admit, that I am forgetting that meditation must be an integral part of my daily (sometimes moment by moment) life. Allowing those moments to be filled with distractions is so easy. Remembering and following through with my internal work and healing seems to be more difficult. Why do I allow this? Does anyone else do this to themselves? Am I eternally nuts?
