As many of you know, opening a food trailer comes with a lot of moving parts. We’ve hit a small delay that’s completely out of our hands while we wait on final inspections and approvals.

Trust us — we are just as ready as you are!

Everything is prepped.
The trailer is ready.
The menu is locked and loaded.

Now we’re simply waiting on the green light. 🟢

We are hoping to officially open in May, and no later than June at the latest. As soon as we receive approval, we will announce our GRAND OPENING date immediately!

We're grateful for the support we've received, which has enabled us to order vital equipment for our food trailer, including a griddle, refrigerator, and freezer. With the deep fryer purchase pending, we're one step closer to opening. Operation Chow Hall is currently under construction, and we're eager to launch soon.
