I’m doing a cleanse from the Medical Medium’s Thyroid Cleanse. If you read that book, you know the issue isn’t thyroid, it’s Epstein-Barr Virus. Which it would seem that almost all of us have, but in a huge variety of forms and iterations.

This is one of the easier cleanses because it has more room in its timing and more flexibility in the foods that are allowed.
