Hakurei turnips! So sweet and juicy in a salad! We also have fireball hot peppers, delicious fresh or pickle them to add some heat to your favorite sandwich! And poblano peppers, our favorite way to eat them is as a chile relleno. We also have eggplant, heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, sweet peppers, summer squash, scallions, garlic and all the herbs to perfect your summer meal. Farm stand is open 10-5, Tuesday-Sunday. We spend a lot of time thinking about what’s happening in our country and around the world - war, drought, violence - often it feels like too much. So we start by giving thanks for this land and the opportunity to farm on it and then we grow food for our community and work for peace. Pictured here is our favorite Nigella, Love-in-a-Mist, that came up on its own in the garden. Grateful for these beautiful plants we take care of and our community for helping this space grow.
