Optimist is a non alcoholic spirit that comes in 3 flavors and is a great option when you want to enjoy a without any aftereffects. A drink like this sweet, bubbly Be True.

2 oz. Optimist Bright
1 oz. Hibiscus syrup
Citrus tonic

Place Optimist and syrup in a shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with citrus tonic (I used ) and enjoy!
