Reno Angels in Rescue

OK, I have decided to update my rescue page..give me a few days to clear out the older posts and then I will start posting the dogs at the shelter where I live, Silver Springs NV. The shelter is a small, rural shelter and is very rescue friendly. Here goes my attempt to start networking my own local dogs in need.....

This is Bing rescued out of the Moreno Valley Animal Shelter in CA in his final hours. He will be living with Kathy Givens with ABC Rescue of Northern Nevada. Bing is a Border Collie/Coyote Mix! Kathy and I both thought that was what he was mixed with before we even talked about it. He was terrified when pulled and calmed down some during transport to Minden, NV. Welcome to Nevada Bing. I know Kathy Givens will find you the perfect home. She is very good with placing dogs. One small note from Kathy, "When I took his leash after he arrived he was so scared but he walked besides me. After a few minutes he looked up at me and started to relax as if to say, oh, this is where I'm going. I think I'm going to like it here!" And then came that teeny tiny tail waggle! That's what we rescue people love to see, that tail waggle meaning, I'M HAPPY!
