1. Stop Building Your Own Audience. Borrow Someone Else's.
That landscaper down the street? He's got 500 customers who need pressure washing. Partner up and create something valuable together - like a "Spring Curb Appeal Checklist" you both send to your lists.
Local podcasts are always looking for guests. Pitch them on "5 Things Every Homeowner Should Check Before Calling a Plumber" or "Why Your Power Bill Spikes Every Summer in [Your City]."
Get a local realtor or contractor to film a "day on the job" with you. They post it to their audience, you get instant credibility.
The magic? You're borrowing trust from people your customers already follow.
2. Show Up Where People Actually Search (Hint: It's Not Always Google)
