In Reseda, a quiet home has been slowly transforming—room by room, wall by wall—into something far bigger than a building. Soon, it will open as a co-living and incubator house, a place where people can find not only a bed, but a chance to rebuild their lives.

This home will bring together individuals with dreams, ideas, and the desire to grow. Some will come needing stability, some needing guidance, and some needing a community that believes in them. Under one roof, they’ll find all three.

What was once just a house will become a launching pad—a safe space where people can learn, heal, start businesses, gain confidence, and step back into the world stronger than when they arrived.
