Pump replacement and console unit heater replacement.

Sometimes we get to make repairs on old systems not just new installations. Heres a commercial hydronic system with a leak. A 1/8" ni**le for an auto air vent in a piece of 3 inch welded pipe had rotted out and was spraying water everywhere. The 1/8" ni**le for the vent was welded into the 3" pipe. Was able to grind the rotted out ni**le and the weld flat and drill and tap the what was left of the weld and pipe for a new 1/8" brass ni**le. Refilled the with water and bled air out of system and it's leak free and working properly.
