If you haven't looked at the Marketplace lately, its time. The new subsidies have lowered premiums and if you made too much money before...the cap is gone.

Today, CMS published "the Part D Senior Savings Model" for Medicare Beneficiaries to offer lower out of pocket costs for insulin beginning in 2021. There are certain drugs/manufacturers that are participating (see chart below) to provide a $35 copay in all 4 phases of Part D costs, including the Deductible and Coverage Gap AKA Donut Hole.
