It was just so beautiful tonight I had to share it.
Tonight I did some Indian Food. Tiki Masala Butter Sauce with Coconut Milk, Coconut oil, Butter and Olive Oil. Chicken, Onion and Broccoli. Over Brown Rice.
Dinner tonight was a Pulled Pork Sandwich with Lettuce, Swiss Cheese and grilled Onion.
Tonight I did a Mussel Noodle Vegetable Medley. Mussels, Edamame, Garlic, Olive Oil, Butter and Coconut Oil. Sautéed with Ramen Noodles and topped with Red Pepper 🌶️. Boiled and Seasoned Red Potatoes with a Texas Toast. Super good.
Tonight I did Mini Fish Tacos. White Fish with Peco Salad, Lettuce, Cilantro and Lemon Juice.
Today for lunch I did Jersy Mike’s Spicy Italian and Jalapeño Chips with a Mountain Dew. Super good.

So today for lunch I did some Jersy Mike’s Spicy Italian. It’s been a long time since I had a Mountain Dew. Super good.
So tonight I had the idea of making Italian Hamburgers with Curly Fries.
