This Memorial Day, I ask Team March to take a moment to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in defense of our nation. Their sacrifice is the foundation of the freedoms we enjoy today and a reminder of the true meaning of service.
We honor not only our fallen heroes, but also the families, friends, and loved ones who carry their memory forward every day. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
As Airmen, Reservists, civilians, family members, and community partners, we continue their legacy through our commitment to serve with integrity, excellence, and purpose.
From my family to yours, thank you for taking time to honor America’s fallen this Memorial Day.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers of Team March and beyond.
Today, I want to personally thank the mothers who entrusted the care of their sons and daughters to the United States Air Force. Your sacrifice, strength, and support make our mission possible. Behind every Airman is a family that serves alongside them, and we never forget that.
To the mothers currently serving in uniform—thank you for showing the world what resilience, leadership, and love look like every single day. Balancing service to country and devotion to family is no easy task, yet you continue to answer both callings with strength and grace.
And to every mother—whether at home, in uniform, supporting from afar, or leading by example—you are everyday heroes. Your impact reaches farther than you know, and your care helps shape the next generation of leaders, warriors, and citizens.
Thank you for everything you do for your families, your communities, and our nation.
Happy Mother’s Day!

Dr. King taught us that leadership is not about authority — it is about responsibility. He reminded us that “the time is always right to do what is right,” even when it is uncomfortable, even when it requires moral courage.
As Chiefs, we are entrusted with more than managing people — we are entrusted with shaping culture. Every decision we make, every standard we enforce, and every Airman we develop either strengthens or weakens the foundation of our force.
Dr. King believed that everyone can be great because everyone can serve. That message resonates deeply within our profession of arms. We lead by serving — by creating environments where every Airman is valued, heard, and given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Today is not only a day of remembrance — it is a call to action.
A call to lead with integrity.
A call to build trust.
A call to ensure our units reflect the very best of who we are as Airmen and as Americans.
We honor Dr. King best not with words alone, but by living his principles — in how we lead, how we mentor, and how we care for our people.

F – Family and found family who support our service, both in and out of uniform
U – Unity that strengthens our wing and drives our success
L – Leadership at every level, especially the quiet leaders who make a difference every day

Today at March Air Reserve Base, we paused to honor the lives lost on Sept. 11, 2001. Standing beside our firefighters, Airmen, and community, I was reminded that remembrance is not just about the past—it’s about carrying forward the unity, courage, and resilience that define us as Americans. We will never forget.
